Delete your VibeKitchen account & data

Confirm before publish: this describes the intended VibeKitchen account-deletion process. It must be reconciled with VibeKitchen's actual deletion flow and set as the deletion URL referenced from the Google Play listing before launch.

VibeKitchen, operated by Sillex Tech LLC, lets you request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains what gets deleted and how to make the request.

How to request deletion

You can request account and data deletion in either of these ways:

  1. Email us: send a deletion request to support@sillextech.com from the email address on your VibeKitchen account. (This opens a pre-filled message — just add your account email and send.)
  2. Use the contact form: submit the contact form with inquiry type “General” and mention that you want your VibeKitchen account deleted.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we process the request, to protect you from someone else deleting your data.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we delete the personal data tied to your account:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Your email address and contact details
  • Content you created in VibeKitchen (such as menus, order links, and preorders)

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need — for example, records needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute resolution. Such records are kept only as long as required and are not used to re-create your account.

Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request will take longer, we will let you know.
